China sets national standards for lockout/tagout
In 2009, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the China National Standardization Administration issued the national standard GB / T2.2-2009 Safety Requirements for Electrical Equipment Application Sites-Part 2: Safety Measures for Operation in Power-off.
On May 12, 2017, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the National Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China issued the National Standard GB / T 33579-2017 safety of machinery- control method of hazardous energy -lockout/ tagout. The national standard began machinery on December 1, 2017.
